User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall the Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

Ltd. within 7 days, once the subscriber will get this amount of Legal expense from their employer. We will claim this amount of Legal expense, once the clients/subscriber issue is resolved from our side. If clients/ subscribers refused to claim this amount from their employers, then the subscriber is liable to pay this amount of Legal expense to EmpRyts Pvt. Ltd. within 7 days of refusing.
